*sigh…
I was introduced to Emily through a mutual friend and later we experienced our first shoot together, doing t-shirt promo photos for Pleasure Dome. Emily is absolutely amazing both as a model and as a person…pure art in motion.
“Justice” Promo Outtakes
This is my new friend Brittney. Interwebs, say hi to Brittney: Brittney, meet the interwebs.
My band “Justice” (did I mention I’m in a band? I’m in a band…) just received a bunch of shirts to sell and we thought it would be cool to find a model, pop a few photos->post to facebook->retire rich->be merry. A few phone calls later and Brittney was kind enough to help us out. Big time.
It wasn’t REALLY like that, but in theory it did come together pretty quickly.

Sleepy Little Town
…and New Year’s Eve With PleasureDome
Earlier in the evening I had the chance to catch up with Nightrain for their party at On Tap (check the post here) before rushing off to catch the PleasureDome fiasco at Nightcrawlers…I couldn’t think of a better way to spend New Year’s Eve. I’ve been working with PleasureDome pretty much since their first show in December 2009 and have shot all but one show since. It’s amazing to me how the band has matured and how the crowds have grown in such a short period of time. Pretty remarkable.

New Year’s Eve With Nightrain…
I had the good fortune to catch up with local rockers Nightrain for their New Year’s Eve shows at On Tap…an amazing show as always and a great time catching a few decent crowd shots, though my night was limited to only their first set since I had to catch up with PleasureDome later that evening for their show at the new Nightcrawlers (check the photos here). If you haven’t had the chance to see Nightrain yet I definitely recommend it-you simply have to go…Harvey, Eric, Justin and Andy are a sweet bunch of guys and the shows typically are pretty packed.

Pure Madness On Tap
Man…I have NO idea where to begin with this one…pure madness everywhere. The dance floor was pretty much full by the second song and well, it stayed pretty damn full the entire night. Rumor had it by the 2nd set the doors had closed and there was a line of about 70 people out front…lo and behold, yup, about 70 people out front waiting to get in.
